Two Babies are born on the same day! Eun-suh (Song Hye-Kyo) and Shin-ae (Han Chae-Young). By mistake, they are exchanged by their families. While Eun-suh's childhood is spent a happy life with loving parents and a brother Jun-suh (Song Seung-Hun), However Shin-ae's was living in poverty raised by a single parent and a thug of brother, who operates a small restaurant. Until one day Eun-suh gets hit by a truck and needs a blood transfusion, and her blood type was different from her parents. it's discovers that they have been switched at birth. In the end, the two daughters return to their original birth parents. Shin-ae moves in with the Yoon family, and Eun-suh moves in with the Choi family, soon after the Yoon family moves to the United States and Eun-suh was left living in sordid condition with her real family in South Korea. 10 years later, Jun-suh returns to South Korea as a successful artist. He goes back to the town he lived in, where he encounters his old friend, Han Tae-suhk (Won Bin), stays at the hotel where Eun-suh works in as a telephone receptionist and hotel maid. Tae-seok, (who doesn't know about the brother and sister mix-up) falls in love with Eun-suh and manipulates her until she is fired from her job. One day Eun-suh sees Jun-suh and follows him to the beach where he is with Shin Yumi (Han Na Na) (his fiancée) and Tae-seok, and the two "siblings" finally meet again after ten years. Now all the relationships start to twist around and Eun-suh and Jun-suh's sad love begins...

Synopsis:

In Ha (Lee Byung-Hun) was born as an orphan and lived a rough childhood with his father's friend who was a gambler. The he meets Soo-Yeon (Song Hye-Kyo), and falls in love with her. However, he is accused of a murder due to an incident and flees to the US. In L.A and Las Vegas he gets to know a poker professor and enters the gambling world. He wins the international poker championship as a pro gambler and enters the hotel management and casino business. While Soo-Yeon studies in the US, she receives Jung-Won's (Ji Sung) help and later marries him after a le courtship. Eventually, In-Ha returns to Korea, but Soo-Yeon's heart aches for In-Ha who suddenly appears. She had believed that In-Ha was dead.
